VEGETABLE OIL SPRAY
6 CUPS WATER
4 TABLESPOONS GREAT FLAVORS® CHICKEN CONCENTRATE
1/2 TEASPOON SALT — more or less to taste
1/4 TEASPOON BLACK PEPPER
1/4 CUP GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE
3 LARGE EGGS, BEATEN
2 TABLESPOONS FRESH PARSLEY, CHOPPED
Add the water, Chicken Concentrate, salt and pepper to a saucepan and
bring to a simmer. Add the Parmesan cheese and eggs to a bowl and beat
with a fork to mix. Remove stock from heat, slowly add the eggs and
cheese mixture and wait a few minutes for eggs to cook.
Stir before serving hot with chopped parsley on top.
