3 TABLESPOONS BUTTER
1/2 TEASPOON GREAT FLAVORS® CHICKEN CONCENTRATE
3 TABLESPOON FLOUR
1 1/2 CUPS MILK
1 EGG YOLK, SLIGHTLY BEATEN
1 1/2 TABLESPOONS WHITE WINE
1/4 POUND MUSHROOMS, SLICED AND SAUTÉED IN 2 TBS BUTTER FOR 3 MINUTES
2 TABLESPOON PARSLEY, CHOPPED

TIP

If you want to go back to the sweeter taste of the original Wenberg,
use Sherry in place of the white wine, and add 2 tablespoons of Cognac.
